Starting a squat and biceps curl and overhead press grab a pair of dumbbells. Stand tall with shoulders and legs spread wide and locked in. Now squat while bringing in your hands towards your chest and inwards. Rotate your wrist to an outward look, and move up from the squat while taking your hands above your head. Then an elbow press and hands down to the staring position. Squat and biceps curl and overhead press should be done with persistence.
